By accessing or using StampStay's website (www.stampstay.com) and purchasing our visa analysis services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

StampStay reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2.1 What StampStay Provides

StampStay provides informational visa analysis services, including:

• Personalized Thailand entry pattern risk assessment
• DTV visa eligibility analysis
• Border run strategy recommendations
• Entry pattern guidance based on aggregated data

3. Your Responsibilities

By using StampStay, you agree to:

• Provide Accurate Information: Submit truthful and complete data in intake forms
• Verify With Official Sources: Confirm all recommendations with embassy websites and government authorities
• Make Your Own Decisions: Understand that YOU are responsible for your visa applications and entry decisions
• Consult Legal Professionals: Seek licensed immigration lawyers for legal advice
• Accept Risks: Acknowledge that immigration outcomes are never guaranteed
• Comply With Laws: Follow all applicable immigration laws and regulations

4. Payments, Pricing, and Refunds

4.1 Pricing

Current pricing:

• Thailand Entry & Visa Risk Analysis: $79 (24-hour delivery) or $149 (2-hour priority delivery)

All prices are in USD and include automated analysis delivery via email. Prices may change without notice. The price you pay at checkout is final.

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge your payment method. We do not store credit card information.

4.3 Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Scenarios:

• Change of mind after receiving analysis
• You chose to ignore our recommendations
• Immigration policy changes after analysis was delivered
• Refund request made more than 7 days after delivery

5. Service Delivery

Analysis delivery timelines:

• Normal Delivery ($79): Within 24 hours of purchase
• Priority Delivery ($149): Within 2 hours of purchase

Analysis is delivered via email to the address provided at checkout. Check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive it.

Delivery Delays: We aim to meet delivery timelines but cannot guarantee exact timing due to system issues, high volume, or unforeseen circumstances. If delivery exceeds promised timeline, contact us for a status update or refund.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STAMPSTAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Visa denials, entry refusals, or deportations
• Lost travel costs (flights, hotels, etc.)
• Emotional distress or inconvenience
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid for the service

7. Intellectual Property

All content on StampStay (text, analysis, algorithms, design, trademarks, data) is owned by StampStay or licensed to us. You may NOT:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content without permission
• Reverse-engineer our risk analysis algorithms
• Create derivative works from our analysis
• Use our trademarks without authorization

Your purchased analysis is for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or use it for commercial purposes.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Provide false or misleading information in intake forms
• Use our service for fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise our systems
• Scrape or automate data collection from our website
• Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these terms may result in termination of services and legal action.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StampStay, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
• Immigration decisions made based on our analysis

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which StampStay operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration or in the courts of our jurisdiction.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
